About ICMIT

 

ICMIT 2026 – The 1st International Conference on Materials Innovation and Technology (ICMIT 2026) will be held at VinUniversity, Hanoi, Vietnam, from June 10 to 12, 2026.

ICMIT 2026 aims to foster global collaborations through high-quality scientific exchange. The conference will bring leading experts from diverse disciplines including materials science, engineering, physics, chemistry and biology, to discuss recent discoveries and emerging advances across a broad range of material-related topics. These include, but are not limited to, electronic and energy materials, quantum communication and computation, AI-driven technologies and advanced methodologies.

In addition, ICMIT 2026 will offer a dynamic platform for electronics and technology companies to showcase innovative products based on intelligent materials, exchange technical challenges with the scientific community and initiate collaborative efforts to address pressing scientific and industrial needs.

A special highlight of the conference is the “Meeting with Editors” workshop, where scientists and students will have the opportunity to present their research and engage directly with editors from top-ranked journals.

Selected (after the peer-review) papers presented at the conference will be published in the Journal of Science: Advanced Materials and Devices (IF: 6.8).

Journal of Science: Advanced Materials and Devices will provide researchers with the opportunity to publish research covering all areas of materials science and technology in the popular Journal of Science series, dealing with synthesis, processing, characterization, demonstration, modeling, simulation and applications of advanced functional materials and devices. As a fully open access publication, the journal will provide maximum exposure for published articles, making the research available to all to read and share. Published by the Vietnam National University, Hanoi, the journal will be produced by Elsevier, home of Materials Today, and hosted on ScienceDirect.
