TICKET REGISTER

Open for on-site registration at 3 PM on June 10, at VinUniversity.

All presenters receive access to scientific sessions, exhibition and poster areas, along with coffee/tea breaks, refreshments, lunch and gala dinner on June 11. Invited presenters are welcomed to join a Ninh Binh sightseeing tour (promo codes not applicable).

IMPORTANT:

  1. In accordance with Vietnam’s Decree 70 on Invoices and Records, all domestic participants are required to fill in taxpayer details including taxpayer name & identification number (personal or institutional). If registration fee invoice is requested, international participants are also to provide similar details. Participant is to assume liability for the accuracy of their information and the conference secretariat bear no accountability for faulty erroneous record.
  2. All registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. The ICMIT 2026 maintains a strict no cancellation or refund policy under any circumstances, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, visa issues, or personal emergencies. It is possible to transfer your registration to another participant; such requests are to be made through email to the official conference email: [email protected].
